HYL Boys Lacrosse
Boys lacrosse fields teams from instructional (1st/2nd grade) through 14U (8th grade). We have both competitve and house teams. Contact us for more information!
Hartland Youth Lacrosse is excited to announce that for the spring 2020 season we have partnered with Garnet Potter and Jim Muscat as the 14u team coaches. As you may be aware they both have just completed an extremely successful tenure with the Hartland High School Varsity program where their teams were routinely rated as one of the top high school programs in the state. Prior to that they had been members of the HYL community themselves guiding their boys and teammates through the youth levels and then onto the high school. You may also be aware that Nick Levanti, who was one of last season's HYL 14u coaches, has assumed the head coach position with the High School Varsity team.
In what I believe is nothing but tremendous dedication to delivering a top tier program from the youth to the high school, this work allows HYL to continue to provide stellar opportunities for boys of all experiences in the transition from the 14u program to readiness to be highly competitive at the high school level. This is a truly excellent position for our HYL and broader Hartland lacrosse community to be in for now and into the future. I see this as an opportunity to develop and establish Hartland as a powerhouse in the state and will have tremendous impact now and for years to come.
We will be hosting a Boys HYL Organizational meeting on Monday December 16th at 6p at Ore Creel Middle. This is an organization wide meeting where we will have the opportunity to discuss the dynamics of this as well as all the other teams. Please put it on you calendar to attend.
Thank you for you dedication to making HYL and Hartland Lacrosse a wonderful community to be a part of. Clearly we have established Hartland as a great place for our boys to develop into strong lacrosse players and young men. I look forward to working with everyone to continuing to develop these opportunities.
